Mediation for your Staff

My aim is to offer mediation to your staff on flexible and affordable terms. Depending what facilities you have available, mediation can take place at the workplace or an alternative venue, which I will arrange. I will discuss your requirements with you and tailor my service to suit your business requests.

What is Mediation

Mediation is a form of conflict resolution in the workplace, taking place between two or more people who are experiencing difficulty working together.

The Mediator is impartial and will not take sides or offer advice.

The aim is to form a structured process that allows the issues to be identified, exploring options and eventually reaching agreement that all parties are satisfied with.

It allows the people involved to feel empowered and take responsibility for the problems that have been taking place.

How Much will it Cost?

Each situation is unique and my service is bespoke to your requirements.

A typical one day session for two staff members would cost in the region of £500.00, this includes arrangement fees and follow up work and support.

I aim to keep my costs affordable and offer you a realistic rate depending on your requirements.
